Hey, the steps for the listener refused the connection with the following error are listed below:

• You need to go to the oracle net manager > net configuration > local
• Next select the listener as per the wish
• Now opt for the database service too
• Later add the database as well.
• Now fill up the various fields too for the database name, home directory etc.
• Next go to file > network configurations
• Later restart the systems to get its effects and it’s done.
