Hey, the steps for the windows installer error opening installation log file are as follows:

• You need to launch the task manager by pressing ctrl-alt-del and choose for the start task manager
• Now opt for the processes tab too
• Next locate and choose the explorer.exe file
• Now can end the process for the same
• Next the desktop bar an icon will disappear too
• Again press ctrl-alt-del and open the task manger
• Now go to file > new task
• Type for explore.exe and it’s done successfully.
