PC wakes up longer when Opera is up and running

I noticed that If I have Opera v22 up and running and the PC goes to sleep, it takes longer time to wake up the computer, most of the time more than 5 minutes. If I don't have Opera opened, it wakes up instantly. This happens all the time. I have Win 8.1 as my OS. Any chance of getting rid of this problem?

PC wakes up longer when Opera is up and running

Hi,

 

Do you face this slow down problem on other times? It seems that Windows 8.1 has an issue regarding Super Fetch and Windows search that slows down the computer.

 

If you are facing this issue only when opera is running, 

– Make sure your PC is not overheating. 

– Delete cache and cookies

– Reset to factory setting in Opera.

 

Hopefully this will solve your problem.
