Hi, I had a Brother Printer and scanner. I heard documents can scan directly to email using Brother MFC. So help me with the configuration for the scan to E-mail Brother MFC-l2700DW. Thanks in advance.

Configuring Scan To E-mail Brother MFC-L2700DW

Setup Scan to E-mail configurations: Before this, check your drivers completely installed or not

1. Enter IP address in your default browser, click enter, No password required by default. If you set any password, then enter it.
2. Go to Protocol under Network tab,then check POP3/SMTP, then click advanced settings then fill all the required details as SMTP server address, SMTP port, SMTP server authentication method, Printer E-mail address, POP3 Port, Mailbox Name and Password, message timeout, Click on submit.
3. Now test E-mail send/ receive with destination E-mail address. If you want to choose one touch button or a speed dial option, you can add them.
