Create Active Directory Site Link Easily.

For creating a new site go to the active directory site then search for the server manager, under this go to tools and then choose active directory site links and services. Create a new site link if you wish and give subnet for it and then properties if you want to change any features then you will be able to see your link and don’t forget to add the domain controller to it.
