Computer Management and Net User Command allow you to achieve the access the Admin group in Windows Server 2012. I have provided the steps by using the Computer Management:

  1. Open Computer Management by pressing Win+X.
  2. Click Groups on console tree and right click the group where the new member is to be added.
  3. Click Add after clicking Add to Group.
  4. Select the Users or Computers on the appearing dialog box.
  5. Select the Object Types after entering the object names to select. Click Ok to complete the procedure.
