Push from one forum in Tapatalk doesn’t work after changing UserID

I use TapaTalk on my iPhone 5 and Ipad and it was working perfectly until I changed the user ID in one of the forums. Push notifications from other forums are working, which makes me think it’s related to the user ID change. I cleared the cache, unsubscribed/re-subscribed to threads, nothing seemed to help. I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

Push from one forum in Tapatalk doesn’t work after changing UserID

Hi,

 

You may face this issue if push notification is turned off in your particular user ID. 

 

To solve the issue:

1. Check whether that particular forum offer push notification for your version of Tapatalk. 

2. Log in to your account from a browser.

3. Go to profile settings and see whether the push notification is enabled under that ID.

4. Turn on the push notification.

 

Hopefully this will solve your problem.
