Learn How To Change User Logon Name Active Directory Details.

Follow the statements to modify the user name in active directory. Firstly open microsoft dynamics as a system administrator user. Next click on settings, click on administration, then on users and lastly open the user name that you want to change. Change the name and then click on save for the changes to take place. Lastly save and close. Hope this helps.
