Yes, for this you just have to search for start icon on your windows page of the system, Go to search for active directory users and computers windows server 2012 or you just go to apps and then click on Administrative tools, then active directory users and computers will be getting displayed on it.Once you can find it just click on it and simply add users as go to new then organizational] unit.
