How do I fix the error, modem error 651 windows 8. Please, tell me how do I get through this. I am not able to link my PC to the Internet.

Hello, your issue can be fixed with ease, just follow the steps which are here,

1. Switch off the Modem and after this switch, it back on and then, try connecting.
2. Boot the device into safe mode and then try to use the internet.
3. Disable your anti-virus entirely or just disable the real time protection.
4. Resetting your modem or performing a power reset can also work.
