I am currently running the Windows 10 operating system on my Lenovo computer. After I boot my PC, I get a message saying, Microsoft Windows Explorer has stopped working. I try to close the pop-up box, but it doesn’t help. How can I resolve this issue?

This problem is one of the most redundant ones faced by Windows 10 users. You can solve these problems is many ways. Some of them are given below.

1. Go to the Control Panel. Left-click on the ‘Windows Firewall’ menu and select the option to turn Windows Firewall off.
2. Clean the temporary storage of the PC. Launch the Run dialogue box from Start Menu and insert %temp%. Now press enter. Delete most of the folders and files from the directory that come up after the action.
3. Update your device. Check out for any available system updates from the Microsoft update service.

Start your computer once again in safe mode for one time.
