You can get the application from Google play site. Just go the site & install the apps. This application can manage several FTP configurations. Download, upload, synchronization are also provided in this app. Local or remote option can rename, update, delete or run here. Third party applications are also available. Have a look of the apps screen shoot as an instruction to use.
