Steps For Outlook 2007 Export Rules In A Simple Way

Here are the simple steps:

1. Open outlook.
2. In the Navigation Panel, click on ‘Mail.’
3. Go to the ‘Tools’ –> ‘Rules and Alerts.’
4. Click on the ‘Options’ in the ‘E-mail Rules’ tab.
5. Select ‘Export Rules.’
6. Choose where you want to export the rules and name the file.
7. If you want to export file that contains only the compatible rules, then select Rules Wizard.
