How To Use Mail Merge In Word 2007 To Create Letter?

To create a letter using mail merge is easy. Follow the steps given below.
1. In the mailing tab at the home pane, click on it.
2. Hit on the Start Mail Merge.

3. Select letter option to create it.
4. Click next and then start documenting.
5. Choose the Select Recipient.
6. You can type the new recipient or also can select from your Outlook contacts.
7. Remember to save the new recipient list.
