I am looking for the best c compiler in Windows as I am a student and I need it to learn the language properly. People it would be really helpful if you suggest some good compilers. Thank you.

The best and the most used compiler in the market is the GCC compiler but you need to have a ide to start coding and making your own projects. As you are a student you should use code blocks. It is a really good, lightweight ide suitable for beginners and has all the required features you will need. Given below is a link to download it. You can also run c++and Fortran programs in code blocks.
