How to Clean Printer Head inside

Hi everyone,

I am having Printing business. I am having Xerox Work Centre 7435 Color Multifunction Copier. I am planning to buy one more printer for my business.

Can somebody suggest which one is Best quality and affordable for more load? I have one doubt regarding cleaning of the print head. Is that fine if I clean the dust inside the printer head by using some liquids? Will it work again properly? If yes, please suggest me which liquid is good to clean the printer head?

The 7435 is no longer available. The similar product is the 7835 and if you want to get more speed for printing or capacity can go to the 7855.

 

I guess when you say the print head you mean the Print cartridge? If so, there are no liquids to clean the surface of the drum in it. The surface material of this drum has  photoreceptive properties  and get damaged very easily. The print cartridge has some auto cleaning system inside of it. You don't have to worry for that dust. Just in the case that for any reason  there is a spot or maybe some fingerprint on the surface that is causing a bad image, you can take one cotton spot, get some toner, it  does not matter the color, put in a small quantity to the cotton and clean very softly the surface of the drum with it.
