Problem in opening .asm files in a 64bit Windows 7

Hi, I’m trying to run assembly language codes .asm files in my 64bit Windows 7 Pc, but in vain.

I got a solution that I need to install another software for that. But I’m not sure whether it will work or not.

In addition, I’m getting this error.

Error:

The version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running.Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86(32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program,and then contact the software publisher.

Any tips?

You are trying to run assembly language codes .asm files in your computer. Your computer having 64bit windows 7 operating system. But it show error.

Here are some solutions for you. Just follow the instruction-

** the error is mansion that you are using the codes which are incompatible to your operating system, which means your codes are not for use in 32 or 64 bit.

** In this case you need to find out the codes for use in 64 bit operating system.

** You can try another tips, you may reinstall your operating system.

** Then try to use code.
