How will I use gateway recovery commander?

I have to restore my notebook to factory setting.

I have a gateway recovery commander.

I know it is one of the best soft wares of recovery.

I have run “cmd”. But I have not found any “C:UsersLakjin>”.

I have not understood the problem.

Can you please explain me the solution?

Is there any alternative way?

How will I use gateway recovery commander?

Possible way to restore gateway is you should hold Alt key and continuously pressing F10 key.

This action will brings you to boot sequence screen in BIOS, here you need to select HDD in boot sequence and you need to hold Alt key and repeatedly press F10 key again this will prompt the restore feature for gateway.
