Basically, Ms-office is a package of different applications which are used for a few office works.
When you will unfold the folder, you will get various other applications.
Documents can be made using Ms-word. You can also convert your document in PDF format.
Access is used to create a offline database for any of your office or school record.
PowerPoint is to create presentations or slide for your model or project.
Excel is used to create records of with different fields. There are different sheets also which you can use to create records under same book.
Outlook use to check your mails, set remainders and different meeting related works.
