I have purchase a new acer laptop from online shopping but it seems my computer is not getting on. Please provide some acer laptop troubleshooting tricks.

Well, you don’t need to get panic. They are few reasons your computer is not able to start.

Check for your battery charge, the internal battery may be overcharged, failed of AC adapter or power card.

Few troubleshooting are given below: –

1. Check that the power cord is properly plugged in and the connection is fixed solid.
2. Check that the power cord is plugged into the AC adapter properly.
3. Verify the surge protector is on.
4. Reset the internal battery.
5. Try a power set.
