How To Use Microsoft Access For Beginners?

Ms-Access is using to create database offline. There are various templates for different purposes. Follow the steps to create a database:-

1. Open Ms-Access.
2. Select the design according to the purpose of your database.

Or you can create a Blank Database.

3. Provide the name for the database.

4. Click on Create.
5. Right-click on the table tab and select the design view.
6. Provide the fields and database for the different columns.
7. Save the database and populate it according to your records.
