HI!

For the very first time I come up with an error message out of 3500 other machines. Did any one of you experience such problem or not?

The time I make contact with support, I find nothing in KB’s.

Error:

The exception Breakpoint – Application Error message in McTray,exe

Break point errors occur when there is a problem during memory management, and it has something to do with allocating resources. This error can be fixed by checking the following:

 

1. Ensure that the operating system has complete updates.

 

 

2. Make sure the software installed is all updated.

3. The hard drive should have enough free space for proper paging.

 

 

4. Check if you have enough memory for the machine. It may be performing tasks that the memory cannot handle to run efficiently.

 

 

If the error still persists after applying these methods, try to reinstall all the software installed and possibly even the operating system.
