Fantasy Earth Zero – Install Shield Wizard Error

Hi there,

During the install of this game this error appeared. I double-checked and this is the only install that is running. I tried to complete this install in many ways and all had the same result. Can anyone help me please to fix this ? What install could be already in progress ?

Fantasy Earth Zero – Install Shield Wizard Error

Hello,

The game installs with MSI Installer which can’t run several setup progresses at the same time. You might have such a task open and not completed.

Find out the application running and terminate it. If not sure, you can restart your PC that will give you a complete fresh environment to work. Then, run the game installer.

If still no progress, then do the followings:

1. Start Command Prompt with administrative privilege.

2. Run the commands one by one.
sc stop msiserver
sc start msiserver

3. Run the setup.

Your problem should disappear and installation should go smoothly.
