Windows Live Messenger error signing in due to Internet connection

Hello,

Even if my Internet connection is working just fine I still have some issues connecting with Windows Love Messenger. The Troubleshoot is not helping and the reinstall is not helping. Does anyone have some free time to help me with this error ? What could be the problem ?

Windows Live Messenger error signing in due to Internet connection

Hello Kenneth,

First check your firewall that it allows the windows messenger, or you can temporary disable the firewall to see if that works and then you can make amends to your firewall options.

Try this, Open command prompt and type this, netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled. Restart the computer and check if the issue comes. 

P.S. Undo above with netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal in case it doesn't work.
