Steps For Outlook 2010 Public Folders View

Hello everyone, I have to check the permission access to the file I set as Public files. But I am unable to view them. Kindly help me assessment the Outlook 2010 public folders. I am currently working on Outlook 2010.

Steps For Outlook 2010 Public Folders View

1. Start Outlook 2010.

2. Change the mailbox view.

3. At the left panes of Window click on the small folder icon.

4. Now you will be shifted to folders view.

5. In the list, you can see the Public folders.

6. You can also expand it and can view other PFs.
