How to add wallpapers to desktop background in windows 7 starter?
Windows 7 starter does not have the facility to change the desktop background and it comes with a one desktop background by default.
Still you can do this by running ‘’Oceanis Change Background Windows 7" Program. You can download it from
Even you can run the ‘desktop slide show’ using this software
However, you have to keep running this program in your computer otherwise this program it will take away the desktop background too.
If you have done updates to the Windows 7 starter, then you have to uninstall and reinstall this program again. Otherwise it will not work. Even you can fix this problem by upgrading the OS to any other Windows 7 version
Thanks
