I am doing work in Lab as Network administrator. My job is to monitor all students what they are doing and record or capture screen. Today i am trying to record work of student but I am receiving given error I try to find its solution but I can’t find. Please provide me its solution.

Hi in solving this issue first is to execute the process I3ACA.EXE in the task manager, then open the client CIC, now in the CIC client use the NT authentication. You will have to create short cut like this one:
C:Program FilesInteractive IntelligenceSupervisorA.exe /u=bob
Then edit C:Program FilesInteractive IntelligenceInteractionScreenRecorderClientconfig.xml and remove any XMLÂ
<parameter name="username" value="ICScreenRecorder"/>

You will also uninstall the Screen recorder client

Hello Petersulliva,
This is due to user accounts privileges as Interaction Screen recorder application authenticates under its own user account. Whenever the user logs into windows, if the CIC authenticates first then this error will be generated. To fix this error you have to do the following;
·        In the task Manager, end the process named as I3ACA.exe. Then run the CIC application.
Alternatively, you can configure the CIC client to use manual authentication.
