Quick Books unrecoverable error from event reporting

Hi there,

This morning this error appeared and is caused by QuickBooks and it seems like is unrecoverable error. I don’t know what to do or how can I solve this ? Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? What is the problem ?

Quick Books unrecoverable error from event reporting

Hello,

You can try following steps :

Restore a backup with earlier QuickBooks version > support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support ( find Articles – HOW12071 )

> Close company file in the previous version > Open the company file that has been rebuilt > update to the new version > Rebuild the company file to check if the issue solved
