Unfortunately Android Settings Has Stopped Working

I am facing an issue with my smartphone. Whenever I try to open the Settings, it is showing “Unfortunately Android Settings has stopped working.” I am, therefore unable to change my Settings. How do I solve this issue?

Unfortunately Android Settings Has Stopped Working

This may be due to corrupt cache files. So you have to clear the cache files. To do so press on the settings icon till you see a pop-up. Now click on app info and then click clear data. If this did not work, then delete your Google account and Google Play services and again create a new one. Otherwise, a simple factory reset your phone. Even if the factory reset does not work, you have to root your phone, delete settings app and install it again. I hope this will solve your problem.
