Computer Restarts Automatically Without Warning

My system restarts automatically after working completely fine for a few days without giving any notification or warning. Due to this, I had to face a lot of issues as many of my important documents get closed without saving and running software also shut down while working. Also on restarting the system, it takes a lot of time to do all the updates (around 30 min).

System specifications:
Processor: Intel i3-4005U
RAM: 4GB
ROM: 1TB
Window: 8.14

Computer Restarts Automatically Without Warning

Scan the window for malware/viruses as these could be a possible reason for the system restart. But in my can, the issue is not because of any malware.

So I tried this way:

• Using the WinX menu of window 8.14, open system
• Click on Advanced system settings
• Click on Advanced tab
• Click Startup and Recovery
• Click Settings

Then uncheck the Automatically restart box.

Finally, click OK and Exit.

After doing these steps, the system shows me a warning before going to restart so that I can handle all my important documents and can avoid all of the sudden issues.
