At the time of my verifying Zmanda Client for Windows, I got the hereby attached error message.

Status of Verify Client: Failure Output: Amanda Backup Client Hosts Check

ERROR: 192.168.30.21: Unauthenticated user

Client check: 1 host checked in 0.034 seconds. 1 problem found.

How can I resolve this? Any idea?

Please help me.

Amanda Backup Client Hosts Check ERROR: 192.168.30.21: Unauthenticated user

Zmanda Client back up supports windows XP – 64 bit, Vista and windows 7. So check which version you have. And at the time of verifying stop another host program. Because it causes error if you run two client host at a single time. If problem arises again then reinstall Amanda again.
