So to perform a clean upgrade of your PC:

• Keep all your drivers up-to-date.

• Disconnect all the devices that are currently connected – Even any kind USBs to avoid distortion while doing this process.

• Temporarily disable all the kind of security system that is currently active like anti-virus and firewall.

• Now go to the clean boot state to determine any interfering programs before upgrading your PC.

• If not you can manually Upgrade your PC either by going for CD installation or through the official website.
