Fixing Outlook Error 0x800ccc69

I can not send e-mails from my e-mail addresses. The error message I received is the cause. ‘Error reported Outlook error 0x800CCC69:’ The server replied that 550 is not on our network to send emails. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

Fixing Outlook Error 0x800ccc69

The cause of this error is SMTP which can be easily solved. Internet service provider MWeb changed the SMTP port settings without sending a notification. Once we tended to change the SMTP protocol, e-mails worked!
