When I have to run iTunes, the following message is displayed: Fast Times have not been initialized. It gives quicktime error 2096. Please help quickly!

Solving Quicktime Error 2096

Which version of Itunes have you already installed on your computer? To run QuickTime for Windows in compatibility mode, you receive the following error message after you start QuickTime: “QuickTime has not been initialized.” Bug # 2096! Make sure QuickTime is correctly installed on this PC. Resolution is to Disable compatibility mode for QuickTime.
