Cannot Run Programs Because Tutil32 Dll Is Missing

I am unable to install multiple Windows 7 programs. When I try to install said programs, I get an error message saying tutil32 dll is missing. I do not know how to deal with this problem. Can you help?

Cannot Run Programs Because Tutil32 Dll Is Missing

The error you are getting is a DLL file missing error. These errors occur due to an incomplete installation of a program, or missing/corrupt dll files. DLL files are shared files that are used by the operating system of your computer to run programs that you install on the computer. DLL errors are very common, and,  can generally be dealt with by the user themselves.

To remove this error, all you need to do is find this file on the internet and download it. Then place it in the Systems folder of your computer. Restart the computer and the problem should be gone.
