The first thing you can do is to uninstall KB971033 Update from your system. You can do this by using the following steps-

• Open the ‘Control Panel.’
• Click on ‘System and Security.’
• Visit ‘Windows Update.’
• Click on ‘View installed updates.’
• Now, search for KB971033 and right-click on it.
• Select ‘Uninstall.’

If the error is still occurring then, follow these steps-

• Type ‘Command Prompt’ in the search bar.
• Right-click on ‘cmd.exe.’
• Select ‘Run as Administrator.’
• Type ‘SLMGR-REARM.’
• Press ‘Enter.’
• Click on ‘OK’ to restart your PC.
