1) Upload it to a website like Dropbox in a public folder and send them a link. Now if you choose the dropbox,it is important that it is kept confidential by creating an account and give them the username and the password in order for it to be safe from intruders. 1. Compile a folder full of files you want to email. Make sure that everything in this folder is something you want to send.

2. Right-click on the folder.

3. Choose "Send To" from the context menu and select "Compressed (Zipped) Folder."

4. Windows will create in the same location another folder with the same name as the original folder. However, the new folder will have a zipper on the folder icon and will have a ".zip" extension. This zipped folder will contain all the files for attachment.
