I will install Exchange 2010 server. I know it can have different roles. I want to know the minimum Exchange 2010 RAM requirements according to different server roles.

What is Exchange 2010 RAM requirements?

Here is the minimum Exchange 2010 RAM requirements according to different server roles –

1 – If you want to use the Exchange server as Edge Transport or Hub Transport or Client Access or Unified Messaging or Mailbox, you need a minimum RAM of 4 GB.

2 – If you want to use the Exchange server as a combination of Client Access and Hub Transport, you need a minimum RAM of 4 GB.

3 – If you want to use the Exchange server as a combination of multiple roles, you need a minimum RAM of 8 GB.
