Error can be caused due to several reasons. Will come with detailed explanation.

Boot back to previous OS and search all partitions for log files. (These may not be visible, so you may need to change folder options to visible.) The log files in which you should be interested will be 4 to 30 MB in size. Submit these files to Microsoft using beta client.
There may also be chances that your HDD is not working properly. For this, I suggest you to return your hard drive back to its manufacturer and replace it with a new and good one.
0x00000e9 is an installation error and occurs while booting up. Are you running more than one OS on your PC? I think you have overwritten/corrupted the boot configuration. So you will have to rebuild it for your primary OS.
Are you having any other wireless USB items like adapter, portable hard disk, mouse etc? Remove all these devices from your system, except keyboard for typing and try your boot menu again.
You may also need to boot into the recovery environment. Use the BOOTREC.exe tool and rebuild it. First, run a system scan for any corrupted files.
