Hello, everyone, for the last few days, I am not able to install any new application on my PC. Whenever I try to install a new app, I get a ‘1719 error Windows Installer’ error. Can anyone help me with solving this error? Thank You

How To Remove The ‘1719 Error Windows Installer’ Error?

There are two efficient ways to fix this error:

1) Press Windows + R together to open the ‘Run’ menu, and type ‘cmd.’ Now, press Ctrl, Shift and Enter together to open the command prompt as administrator. Type ‘SFC /scannow’ in the command prompt and press ‘Enter.’ It will take a few minutes to scan your PC. Once done, restart your PC, and your error will be gone.

2) Press Windows + R together to open the ‘Run’ menu, and type ‘services.msc.’ In this Menu, a list of services will be seen. Search for ‘Windows Installer,’ right-click on it, and click on ‘properties.’

A new dialog will appear, turn the ‘Startup type’ to ‘Manual,’ and click on ‘Start.’ Click ‘OK.’ ‘1719 Error Windows Installer’ would have been fixed by now.
