There are many free learning sites on the internet you just need to use your initiative and there is a lot of eBooks that will help you learn software development. I would give you some links on the internet that is offering learning on software development some are free some are not and I recommend you after learning software development why not try getting certified on the specified software development program that you used? It may help you raise your salary and get a job faster.
