Hello, follow the below steps to add a local user to a domain group.

Right-click on My Computer icon, click on manage.
Next, go to local users and groups, expand it, go to users.
Create a user that you want to add to the domain group. Click on it, go to advanced, click on find now.
Select the administrator group, next click on ok, again on ok.
Click on Apply, and then on ok.
