a. Open C drive.
b. Open the SoftwareDistribution folder.
c. Open DataStore Folder.
d. You will find files and folders here that you have to delete.
e. Search services in the Windows search box and open it as administrator.

g. Go to properties.
h. Set Startup type to automatic.
i. Start the service if it is stopped.
j. Apply->Ok.
