I want to convert video files from dv to mpeg4

Hi Experts,

I am interested to convert dv files to mpeg4. My PC is running Windows 7. I just want to know how I can make this conversion. Can I convert it on some website or any software is needed?

Hello there, 

Since you're using a windows pc, you can either use the program readily installed on your machine named "Movie Maker" to convert these kind of files. All you need to do is browse/choose the .dv file that you want to be converted and convert the file to any other formats available. If in case movie maker does not support the file format you want, you can have these following software downloaded and installed on your computer to help you.
