A) This 0x8004fe2f activation error is caused when there is a problem while activating windows. To fix it, you need to follow these steps:-

First, you will need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012). Once you have saved the file, you will need to use the tool. Press the Continue button, it will produce the report. Now copy the report to your response by pressing the ctrl and the C key all together to copy, and then paste it by pressing the ctrl and the V key altogether. It will paste it into your response. It should fix it.

B) This 0x8004fe2f activation error can be solved by installing the KB968912 window update.
