Citrix Proxy Server doesn’t support web Plugin 12.3 in Firefox 18.0

Hello, 

I use three PC installed with Firefox 18.0 and Citrix XenApp web plugin 12.3. When I login into our Citrix Proxy Server,clicking on the Microsoft Outlook icon creates no result. What's the problem? I need some serious help.

Citrix Proxy Server doesn’t support web Plugin 12.3 in Firefox 18.0

Hello,

The 12.3 Online Plug-In created many issues for many applications such as: Microsoft word Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Forefront, Microsoft logon windows screen and for users who installed Windows 7.  

Sometimes the user could get a message saying click ok to exit the installation. Now, there is a new release for Citrix Online-Plugin for Windows that fixed the issues. You can download the Plug-In from here.
