1. Start> Settings> search for the Troubleshoot settings in the search area box given above in the window.
2. Click on it, and then, go to troubleshoot and find the windows update option and run the troubleshooter on it by pressing on it.
It might fix it.

B) To fix 0x80072f76 0x20016 errors, you need to run its previous version of windows inside the compatibility option by right-clicking on it and choosing that option.
