A) To fix this 0x887a0004 download error, you will need to re-install the app by following these steps:-

1. Press the Windows menu key and the X key altogether and then choose the Windows PowerShell option as Admin.
2. Now write down these command in it: Get-AppxPackage *camera* | Remove-AppxPackage
3. Restart the PC.
