I can send emails using my Outlook account to all users except one. When I send mail to a particular user, I get an error message – 5.1.0 rejected by bounce verification. How do I fix the problem?
How To Fix The 5.1.0 Rejected By Bounce Verification Error In Outlook?
The 5.1.0 rejected by bounce verification error occurs due to two reasons –
1. Your email id is blocked by the recipient.
2. You have a bad entry in the autocomplete list of Outlook.
While the first reason can be rectified by contacting the person and asking him if he has blocked your email id, the second reason can be fixed by the following steps –
a. Open Outlook.
b. Type the name of the person.
c. Hover over the name of the person causing the error.
d. Click on the X on the right side.
e. Alternatively, you can use the down arrow on your keyboard to select the name of the person and press the Delete button.
