Error code 800f0a12 occurs when the tries to install Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with SP1. The reason behind the occurrence of the error code is incorrect Hard Disk partitions. The user should try to use another partitioner to get rid of the error.

The strong recommendation to use Linux to get rid of this Windows 100 MB partition and installed Linux than in another HARD drive cables. Now, the user needs to pull the Linux HARD drive cables; then only the HDD Win7 should be installed SP1.

The user can also open the C:\ drive and then delete the C:\$WINDOW.~BT folder and restart the system, then try to upgrade to new Windows.
